This converted barn near Kennford sleeps two people in a single king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a vaulted ceiling and exposed trusses, with a Smart TV and Alexa smart speaker in the sitting space and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The property sits within the grounds of a working dairy farm and ice cream parlour, though guests have no access to other parts of the farm beyond their own accommodation, and CCTV covers the wider site. The farm's own visitor facilities operate seasonally from Easter until early September, so these are not available year-round.

Outside is a private, enclosed decked courtyard with a bistro set, suited to a morning coffee or an evening meal outdoors. A lockable shed is provided for storing surfboards, prams, luggage or bikes, and there is private off-road parking for one car. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, useful for visiting grandchildren rather than for extra overnight guests, as the property's occupancy remains fixed at two.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges possibly applying, and a welcome pack including treats, an outside wash area and towels is provided for canine guests. Wifi is available on site. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
