This converted former grain store sits within the grounds of a working farm at Kennford, near Exeter, and sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms. The building retains original features such as exposed beams and brickwork alongside a contemporary, open-plan layout with high ceilings and countryside views.

The ground floor holds one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, along with the main living space combining lounge, kitchen and dining areas, complete with a Smart TV and a breakfast bar. Upstairs, a further three bedrooms are arranged as a second king-size with en-suite shower room, a third king-size, and a twin room, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the property. Outside, an enclosed private courtyard has furniture for outdoor dining, and a lockable shed is available for storing bikes, surfboards or luggage. Private parking is provided on site for three cars.

A travel cot and highchair can be supplied on request. As the property sits on a family farm alongside the Orange Elephant Ice Cream Parlour, guests may use the Summer Meadow and outdoor children's play area, though access to other parts of the farm is not permitted; these facilities operate seasonally from Easter to early September. Dogs are not accepted, and due to the farm setting the owners do not take group, hen or stag bookings.
