Brooklands

Brooklands stands in the village of Uplyme, on the Devon-Dorset border within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A private driveway gives parking on site, and the house opens into a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, the main gathering spot after a day out.

The house sleeps 10 across four bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite walk-in shower, a ground-floor king-size room, a twin room, and a family room with a king-size bed and two singles, also with an en-suite walk-in shower. A shared bathroom has a corner bath and shower over, and there's a separate cloakroom off the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with a large dining table for family meals. Oil central heating covers the house, with fuel and power included in the rent, and there's a Smart TV with WiFi in the sitting room.

Brooklands does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio and furniture for time outdoors. The nearest shop is 0.1 miles away and the nearest pub, the Talbot Arms, is 0.2 miles, both within easy walking distance of the house.
