Downstairs, a king-size bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom, alongside a twin bedroom and a second shower room, both enjoying the same waterside outlook. A utility cupboard houses the washing machine, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A smart TV is provided in the living area, and wifi is available throughout.

Outside, a paved terrace with an enclosed lawn offers space for alfresco dining, though children must be supervised here at all times. There is no on-site parking, but a permit is included for the Mayors Avenue car park, usable 24 hours a day. Access to the property itself involves 50 steep steps down from street level, which is worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.

The cottage welcomes one dog, with additional charges applying, but it is not suitable for children under the age of 12. A shop and pub are both within half a mile, useful for provisions or an evening out without needing to drive.
