Bay Tree Cottage is an end-terrace house in Dartmouth, accessed via external steps up to a gated front patio with outdoor table and chairs for breakfast outside before a day's adventure. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and is a short walk from the harbour front.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining room has a large sofa and armchair set before the Smart TV and a wood burning stove. A cloakroom off the hall holds a washing machine, basin and WC, and the family bathroom on the half landing has a roll-top bath with a handheld shower.

The king-size master bedroom has a sofa, Smart TV, a cot, a Juliet balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower. A double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, and the third bedroom can be made up as a super-king or as singles on request. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a highchair also available.

Bay Tree Cottage takes up to two well-behaved dogs, and smoking is not permitted. There is no parking at the property itself, though a designated space at the Holland Group private car park is a five-minute walk away. Shop and pub are both around 0.3 miles off, close enough for an evening stroll into town.
