Armorel House

Armorel House stands on three floors within a short walk of the centre of Dartmouth, close to its restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. It sleeps 6 across three double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, and a king-size room that can be split into twin beds on request.

The lower ground floor holds a spacious living and dining room with a wood-burning stove opening into the kitchen, which has a large gas/electric range cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A separate sitting room at entrance level has its own Smart TV and valley views. A utility room off the dining area has a washer dryer and a separate cloakroom.

French doors from the dining room lead onto a terraced balcony with a table for six, useful for meals outside, and steps down to a further garden level with decking. Below that, an enclosed patio with shrubs and a banana tree gives a third outdoor spot. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

One car can use the off-road parking space at the property, suited to a small or medium car, and an annual permit covers a second car at the Mayors Avenue car park when space allows, though not during the August Regatta. No pets and no smoking are permitted.
