Amberley

Amberley is a detached house in a residential cul-de-sac around 15-20 minutes' walk from Dartmouth's shops, restaurants and tea rooms, with the River Dart within easy reach and Blackpool Sands beach a 5-10 minute drive away. A few steps from the driveway lead up to the entrance and a ground-floor hallway with a cloakroom, kitchen, utility room and sitting area.

The house sleeps 6 across four first-floor bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, a double, and two 3ft single rooms suitable for children only, which puts the practical limit at 4 adults plus up to 2 children. A family bathroom with a panelled bath and shower over serves the remaining bedrooms.

The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, and opens into a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The dining area seats six, and the sitting room has a double sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a feature stone fireplace, with French doors opening onto the terrace.

Outside, a paved terrace with table and chairs extends to a large, mature garden. Parking is available for 1-2 cars on a private driveway. No pets are permitted, and the house is strictly no smoking. Gas central heating and wireless broadband are provided throughout, and all bed linen and bath towels are supplied.
