Aloft

Aloft is a three-bedroom house in Dartmouth, built over three floors with a private garage and easy access to local amenities. Two double bedrooms sit on the ground floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom or shower room, alongside a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for keeping holiday laundry under control.

The first floor holds an open-plan living space with a fully-stocked kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV, built for six guests to gather. A third bedroom, a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, sits alongside a second-floor mezzanine snug. Step outside to the second-floor terrace, enclosed with patio furniture, for a view over the River Dart as the sun goes down.

The kitchen runs on an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and gas central heating covers the house. Fuel and power, along with bed linen and towels, are included in the rent, and WiFi reaches every floor. A ground-floor cloakroom adds a third WC for a house this size, useful when everyone is getting ready at once.

Garage parking is provided for one car, keeping the driveway clear for unloading bags on arrival. Aloft does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Local amenities, including a pub, are close by.
