The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, with a breakfast bar for casual meals. A utility cupboard houses the washing machine, and there is a ground-floor WC in addition to the two upstairs. Sleeping seven, the accommodation has two double bedrooms, a twin and a single: the first-floor double has river views and its own en-suite shower room, while the second double is tucked into the eaves on the top floor with panoramic estuary views. The twin and single bedrooms sit on the first floor alongside the main bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.
