8 Thurlestone Rock

8 Thurlestone Rock is a ground-floor apartment on the Thurlestone Rock development, within walking distance of South Milton Sands beach in Thurlestone. Large picture windows frame the ocean across Bigbury Bay, and the apartment sleeps up to six guests, made up of four adults and two children, across three bedrooms.

The open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar for two and a dining area for six, plus a lounge with a Smart TV. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. The super-king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and there's also a king-size bedroom and a bunk room with a trundle bed reserved for the owner's use only, plus a family bathroom offering both a bath and a separate shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster alongside the washing machine. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool, open from the end of May until the end of September.

Outside, a private patio looks over the bay, a good spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and guests should bring their own beach towels. The nearest shop is 2.5 miles away, with a pub 0.1 miles and the beach on the doorstep.
