8 Thurlestone Beach

8 Thurlestone Beach is a first-floor apartment in a development set in landscaped grounds, half a mile from the village of Thurlestone and under a 10 minute walk from the beach, coast path and a nearby golf course. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, and one well-behaved dog is permitted on request.

The king-size bedroom has sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, WC and its own Smart TV. A twin room has two single beds, and the third bedroom has adult-sized bunk beds. A family bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower serves the second and third bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room has a fitted kitchen with granite worktops, a fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine, plus a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area has a large corner sofa, dining table and a 40 inch Smart TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Double doors open onto a private, South West-facing decked balcony with a table and chairs, looking over the coastline.

The development has 1.5 acres of communal gardens, including a sheltered sunken garden and a barbecue area. One car can park on site, with no trailers or boats permitted, and free parking is usually available in the village about half a mile away. A travel cot and highchair are provided, and one well-behaved dog is allowed on request. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
