7 Thurlestone Rock

7 Thurlestone Rock is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of Thurlestone Sands in Thurlestone, with wide ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and a large patio area. Steps lead directly from the patio onto the beach, and reaching the apartment involves two flights of steps down to the building and a further two flights up to number 7.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size master with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room with two full-size single beds, and a smaller room with a 3-foot single bed, where an extra stacker bed can be added on request. A family bathroom has a bath, a separate shower cubicle and a bidet, and the dining table seats six.

The galley kitchen has an electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge freezer and dishwasher, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan living and dining area has a widescreen TV with DVD player, and free wireless broadband covers the apartment. Gas heating runs throughout.

Residents share the communal patio, a barbecue area, a sun deck and an outdoor heated swimming pool, open from late May into September each year, though barbecues are not permitted on the patios themselves. One allocated visitor parking space is provided, trailers, boats and caravans are not permitted on site, and no pets are permitted; the apartment is strictly no smoking.
