7 Island Quay

7 Island Quay is a three-storey townhouse in the centre of Salcombe, furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. The townhouse sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a separate cloakroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a shower cubicle, basin and WC, plus panoramic water views. The first floor has a twin room with two single beds, and a third bedroom has a king-size bed with narrow access along one side, suited to one guest. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC, and there's a further cloakroom with a WC and basin off the sitting room.

The first-floor sitting room looks out over Salcombe's harbour through a large picture window, and the fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. A small stone terrace to the front gives further views.

7 Island Quay comes with parking for one car and a private mooring for one boat or dinghy up to 17 feet, directly outside the property. A travel cot is provided. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, though guests should bring their own tea towels and beach towels. The entrance opens from a private courtyard into a small lobby leading to the kitchen and stairs, and there's a further outside area for gear used in or on the water.
