6 Pottery Cottages is a three-storey terraced cottage a short, scenic walk from Dartmouth centre, set within the grounds of the former Dartmouth Pottery. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with a stated maximum of four adults and two children: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a double room, and a second-floor twin room also with an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom and a separate cloakroom complete the layout.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, furnished with two leather sofas, a coffee table and a Bluetooth Bose speaker alongside a smart TV, and the dining area seats six around an extendable table. The kitchen has a new electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso pod machine, and underfloor electric heating runs through the cottage. A re-decorated utility room downstairs has the washing machine, plus an iron and ironing board.

Allocated parking is provided for one car, with unrestricted parking nearby for extra vehicles, and a rear decked courtyard has a bistro table for outdoor meals. The shop is around 1 mile away, the pub about 0.8 miles and the beach roughly 0.6 miles. No pets are allowed and the cottage is strictly no smoking. All three bathrooms have a shaving point, and bed linen with hand and bath towels is included in the rent.
