5 Fairview Road

5 Fairview Road is a traditional terraced house set over four floors in the Dartmouth valley, within walking distance of the town centre. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor.

Steps lead down to the ground floor, where a bay-windowed sitting room has two sofas, an armchair, a Smart TV and a feature fireplace, plus a double bedroom with built-in storage along the hall. The first floor holds a twin room, a family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, and a separate cloakroom with its own basin and WC.

A further staircase reaches the second-floor double bedroom, which has wooden floors and its own balcony fitted with a bistro set for evening drinks. The lower ground floor holds the dining room and kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, plus a vintage oven set within an old fireplace. Outside, a rear decked terrace with outdoor furniture is enclosed and looks onto the sloping valley fields opposite.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the house is strictly no smoking. On-street parking is available close by. The shop is around 0.5 miles from the house and the pub about 0.4 miles.
