4 The Manor House Hillfield Village is a first-floor apartment in Hillfield, a village near Dartmouth. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, reached by stairs up from ground level.

One king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and there's a second king-size room and a twin. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a heated towel rail.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area, warmed by an electric fire, and is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. A highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests.

Guests share the rear garden with its gravelled patio and picnic benches, plus the estate's communal tennis courts, for which guests need to bring their own rackets, and a play area for children. One non-allocated parking space is provided, with additional visitor spaces nearby. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and e-scooters aren't permitted anywhere on the Hillfield Village estate. The kitchen also has a kettle and toaster alongside the other appliances.
