37 Market Street

37 Market Street is a three-storey house in the village of Appledore, moments from the Quay and within easy reach of the beach. It sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. As an older building, the stairs are steep, and the second-floor bedroom has sloping ceilings.

The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, plus a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer compartment, alongside a dishwasher.

The first floor has a twin bedroom, which can be made up as a super king on request, a single bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, basin and WC. The second floor is a super-king bedroom on its own, available as a twin if preferred.

A TV and WiFi cover the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stove. Outside, a rear courtyard has seating for morning coffee. Roadside parking is available on The Quay, with a large public car park nearby. Smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 1.9 miles, with restaurants including Market Street Kitchen and The Coffee Cabin within walking distance.
