33 Dart Marina

33 Dart Marina is a well-presented first-floor apartment in the heart of Dartmouth, with large windows framing changing views across the river and marina. The sitting area has two sofas and a Smart TV, and the kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine for self-catering, with two armchairs by the window for watching boats and ferries pass.

A dining area sits by the window, a good spot for watching boats and ferries pass while eating. The apartment sleeps 6 across three super-king-size bedrooms; the principal room has its own TV and en-suite bathroom, and one of the remaining two beds can be made up as a twin if requested at least two weeks before arrival.

A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the other two bedrooms, and a utility cupboard holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a Bluetooth sound system and WiFi cover the open-plan living space alongside the Smart TV.

One allocated parking space is provided, and the apartment is strictly no smoking, with no pets permitted. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles, both an easy walk along Dartmouth's embankment, past independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants towards the town's historic quayside.
