4 West Park Mews sits a few minutes' walk from the centre of Hope Cove, close to the village's sandy beaches, pub, restaurant and shop, with the South West Coast Path running through the village towards Salcombe. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, arranged over two floors.

A twin bedroom sits on the ground floor by the entrance hall, with stairs leading up to an open-plan living space with oak flooring. The sitting area has a sofa, two armchairs and a 32-inch TV with DVD player, Wii console and iPod dock, and a door opens onto a south-facing roof terrace with a table and chairs. The dining area seats six, and the kitchen has granite worktops, a four-ring ceramic hob, a Nespresso machine, an electric oven and grill, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in storage and its own TV with DVD player, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail and a shaver point. Beyond the terrace is a fenced front garden, a second outdoor space at the property.

Designated parking is provided for one car, with extra visitor spaces sometimes free nearby. A travel cot and highchair are kept for younger guests, though you'll need to bring your own cot linen. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement, and the cottage is strictly no smoking.
