3 Hamstone Court is an apartment in the heart of Salcombe, with wide estuary views from the property and around 30 steps up from street level. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a super-king-size room and a twin room each with their own en-suite, plus a king-size and a double sharing the family bathroom. A utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area seating eight and a sitting area with a Smart TV, and gas central heating runs throughout. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and WiFi covers the apartment.

Two balconies with furniture give separate outdoor spots to sit, including one off the super-king-size bedroom for morning coffee over the water. A travel cot and a highchair are available for younger guests, and covered parking is provided for one car.
