29 Above Town

29 Above Town overlooks the River Dart close to the centre of Dartmouth, reached via Above Town's steep and narrow access road and a flight of steps. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a ground-floor twin and two first-floor doubles, one with its own en suite, alongside a second bathroom and a cloakroom.

The hallway leads into a kitchen and dining room where meals can be prepared before heading out, and a lower-ground-floor terrace gives space to eat outdoors. A sitting room on the same level has an electric fire and TV for evenings in, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hobs, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.

A garage suitable for a small to medium car is provided, with the parking space measuring around 5 metres long and 2.6 metres wide, and WiFi covers the whole house. Fuel and power are included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are supplied.

No pets are allowed and no under 10s are permitted at the property. The shop and pub are both within 0.2 miles, an easy walk once you're settled in, though the steep approach road is worth planning for if anyone in your group has heavy luggage.
