26 Dart Marina

26 Dart Marina is a terraced townhouse set over three floors in Dartmouth, a short walk along the embankment from the town's shops and pubs. The living/dining room and kitchen sit on the ground floor with views across the River Dart, and the house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The kitchen has a range electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and the living/dining room gives space to relax with a book from the property's own collection or gather at the table for meals. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in.

Upstairs, the first floor holds a super king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a second super king-size room that can be made up as twins on request, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The second floor has its own twin bedroom and a further bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside, a front terrace with furniture looks over the river, a spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Allocated parking covers 1 car, with guest parking also available. The property does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles and the river itself just 0.1 miles.
