24 The Salcombe

24 The Salcombe is a first-floor apartment on the coastline of Salcombe, with harbour views from most of its windows and an open-plan interior designed to make the most of the space. The apartment is entered from the street, and there is a steep step up from the bedroom to the seating area, bathroom and kitchen/dining area.

The king-size bedroom has a Juliet balcony, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The open-plan living space has a further wall-mounted TV, WiFi, underfloor heating and a double sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Communal grounds include a shared outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool, sub-tropical planting and a shed for sailing equipment, plus a private pontoon for guests bringing their own boat, up to 5 metres long and 2 metres wide. A bistro restaurant and laundry room are also on site, along with communal washrooms.

Allocated parking is provided for one car. 24 The Salcombe takes no pets and is strictly no smoking. The shop is opposite and the pub next door, with the beach 0.9 miles away, so this suits a couple wanting to be right in the centre of town.
