21 Above Town

21 Above Town sits close to the centre of Dartmouth, on a steep and narrow access road with steps down to town, within the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms on the first and second floors, and every room faces the River Dart.

Street-level entry leads up a staircase to the first-floor living/dining room, warmed by an electric fire and opening onto a small balcony with seating. A dining table seats six, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a picture window with its own view over the water. The king-size double bedroom is also on this floor, with a window seat and ample storage, served by the family bathroom.

The second floor holds a further king-size bedroom with its own en suite shower room, though the head height is limited there because of steps up into the shower, plus a twin room for children. Garage parking for one car is provided, sized for a car up to 15 feet long, 7 feet wide and 5 feet 10 inches high.

The house sleeps a maximum of four adults and two children, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.2 miles away and the pub about 0.1 miles.
