2 Old Home Farm

2 Old Home Farm is a Victorian farmhouse on the coastline near Rousdon, reached through mature trees to the entrance. The sitting/dining room has an open fire and large windows, with a dining table for family meals and games nights, decorated throughout in a pastel theme.

The farmhouse sleeps 8 across four bedrooms. One king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, a second king-size sits on the ground floor with a zip-link bed that can be split into a twin, and two further twin rooms have zip-link beds that can be set up as king-size on request. A ground-floor shower room and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over serve the rest of the house.

The kitchen has high ceilings and natural light, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, and a TV with DVD player and WiFi cover evenings in. Oil heating backs up the open fire, with a starter pack for the fire, fuel and power all included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

The rear garden has a lawn, furniture and shrubs. Off-road parking covers 2 cars. Pets are welcome (confirm how many when booking); a welcome hamper is provided on arrival, and mobile reception can be poor given the rural location, though WiFi covers the whole house. The nearest shop and pub are both around 3.7 miles away.
