Monkleigh sits near the town of Bideford in North Devon, and it is here that The Old Apple House is found, reached along a private drive. This detached property is arranged over an inverted layout, with all four bedrooms on the ground floor: two king-size rooms, a twin, and a bunk room, each with exposed beamed ceilings and access to an enclosed patio. One king-size room has its own en-suite shower room, while a separate bathroom with a shower over bath serves the remaining bedrooms.

Upstairs, a vaulted lounge with exposed beams and a woodburner sits above the bedrooms, lit by low-level windows and skylights, with steps leading down to a kitchen/diner equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, two fridges and a freezer, alongside a separate utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a walled lawn garden, two courtyard gardens with furniture and a barbecue, a private hot tub, and ample off-road parking. Up to four dogs can be accommodated, with additional charges applying.
