Little Wagtail

Little Wagtail is a semi-detached cottage in East Chilla, near Beaworthy in North Devon, sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath and WC; the other has twin beds and an en-suite with shower and WC. A separate WC sits downstairs. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The ground floor centres on a lounge with two sofas and a Smart TV, opening through to a kitchen and dining area fitted with an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table seats the full party for meals in. Wi-Fi is available, though the rural location means speeds can be slower than average at times. No EV charging is permitted at the property. Private parking is provided for two cars, and a pub and shop are approximately two miles away.

Stepping out from the lounge leads to an enclosed wrap-around decking area with outdoor seating for all guests and a charcoal BBQ. Guests also have access to a shared games room with table football and table tennis, along with an outdoor ping pong table. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The cottage sits within a small complex of three properties. The owners are on hand should anything be needed, while the layout of the site keeps each property private. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
