Butterfly Rest

This barn conversion sits on a working farm near Bondleigh, close to Winkleigh, and sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms. The layout comprises a double room with its own Smart TV, a twin room, and a single room fitted with a sleigh bed, with the property's one bathroom on the first floor offering a shower over the bath and WC.

Downstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods not included). A Smart TV and DAB radio are provided in the lounge, and wifi is available throughout.

Outside there is a large enclosed patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, positioned for easy access to and from the kitchen for outdoor meals. Ample off-road parking is available on site, along with electric vehicle charging. A playhouse stocked with games and activities is provided for children, and a travel cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

Two dogs are welcome here for an additional charge, though they are not permitted upstairs and a stairgate is provided to help with this. As the farm keeps livestock, dogs must be kept on a lead whenever they are outside the garden. Guests keen to get involved can arrange to help feed the farm animals directly with the owner on arrival. This property can also be booked together with a neighbouring cottage, Birds Nest, for larger groups.
