Barton Barn is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom barn conversion sleeping up to four guests, with entry at ground-floor level where underfloor heating runs throughout. The kitchen/diner is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits alongside a separate WC. Stairs lead down from the entry level to the super-king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over; a double bedroom, family shower room and lounge occupy the first floor.

The lounge at Barton Barn has a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV and picture windows looking over the countryside. Outside, a furnished courtyard garden has a BBQ for outdoor dining. One dog is welcome, though must be kept on a lead beyond the courtyard on this working farm. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available, and on-site parking is provided. The property is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties; arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
