The Haystore

This stone cottage forms part of a small complex of holiday properties near Bishops Nympton, arranged over a reverse-level layout that places both bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs. It suits families of up to four guests, with a king-size bedroom and a bunk room sharing a family bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area makes the most of the space, with French doors leading out to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player for evenings in. A laundry room on site provides a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.

Outside, the garden has a patio and lawn with outdoor furniture and a hot tub for private use. Guests staying at the cottage also have shared access to the wider complex, which includes a children's play area, a games room and an on-site petting farm where visitors can feed the animals and arrange donkey rides with the owner. Holistic treatments can also be booked on site. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request, and private parking is provided for two cars.

The cottage lies within reach of South Molton for shopping and dining, with a shop around a mile away and a pub roughly 3.5 miles distant. Internet access is available at the property. Dogs are not permitted at this cottage, and the complex can be booked alongside two neighbouring properties for larger groups by prior arrangement.
