The main living space pairs a light-filled lounge and open kitchen-diner, with patio doors leading to a balcony where sea views open up. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. A separate rear lounge has a second Smart TV, a fitted desk for working remotely, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Of the three upper bedrooms, the king-size and the twin both have sea views, while the third king-size faces the rear garden and includes an en-suite shower room and WC.
