Belvedere

Belvedere is a newly renovated, reverse-living house in Woolacombe, with the main living space upstairs and the three bedrooms below on the lower-ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area shares the same wide views as the bedrooms, and a utility room adds convenience for longer stays.

The house sleeps 8 across a king-size, a double and a twin bedroom on the lower-ground floor, served by a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. A separate snug has a sofa bed and its own en-suite shower room, useful as extra space for the group without adding to the sleeping count. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and air fryer.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, a private hot tub and furniture, and a balcony gives a further spot to sit out. Gas central heating runs the house, with underfloor heating upstairs, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi. Off-road parking covers 1 car, with extra roadside parking outside the property, and a highchair is provided.

Belvedere doesn't take pets, and stag or hen parties aren't accepted. Smoking isn't permitted. The shop is around 0.4 miles away and the pub about 0.3 miles.
