Greenbank

Greenbank is a four-bedroom holiday home in the seaside town of Woolacombe, on the North Devon coast, with views of the sea from most rooms and the elevated front garden. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a private hot tub sits on the front decked area.

Three of the four bedrooms have king-size beds and the fourth has a bunk bed, all upstairs with far-reaching coastal views. A shower room offers a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a separate bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The kitchen/diner has a woodburning stove, gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine, and a separate sitting room has a lofty bay window. Gas central heating runs throughout, backed up by the woodburning stove, and a TV and WiFi are provided, with a starter pack for the stove included in the winter months.

Outside, the multi-level front garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and the hot tub, though the space is not enclosed and opens onto the road with no gates on the drive. An outdoor kitchen area has a wood-fired BBQ pit and pizza oven, and there is off-road parking for 4 cars plus an EV charger. Greenbank takes one well-behaved dog, and a highchair and travel cot are available. There are steps up to the property and steep drops in the garden, and no stag, hen or similar parties are allowed.
