This first-floor apartment occupies the upper level of a building in Mortehoe, a village on the North Devon coast close to Woolacombe. Guests enter through a shared front door before climbing stairs to their own split-level accommodation, which sleeps eight across four bedrooms.

The double-aspect lounge has a wood burner (first basket of logs supplied) and a Smart TV, with sea views from the windows. The farmhouse-style kitchen/diner includes a range-style cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a fridge/freezer and a separate fridge. A bench seat in the kitchen window looks out over the surroundings, and the dining room has French doors opening onto a balcony fitted with a bistro table and chairs.

Upstairs there are two king-size bedrooms, a double and a twin, two of which have sea views, along with the single family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. A further separate WC is located on a half landing on the stairs. There is no additional bathroom, so groups sharing the property should plan around this single facility.

Outside, an enclosed garden offers further seating with a view towards the sea, and private off-road parking is available for two cars. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided on request, and paid massage treatments can also be arranged locally.
