Completed in 2024, this barn conversion near Hartland accommodates six guests across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom arrangement. The twin room has use of the family bathroom with bath and shower over, while both the king-size and super-king-size rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms with WCs. All three bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TVs.

The open-plan living space runs beneath exposed oak beams and high ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling picture windows drawing in natural light. A wood burner comes with a first basket of logs, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine. A separate utility room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and Dyson vacuum. Patio doors from the kitchen lead directly into the enclosed courtyard garden.

The courtyard has a lawn with raised beds, two terrace areas, a wooden corner sofa, a dual-fuelled BBQ, and a large dining table with loungers. The enclosed space suits the two dogs allowed. At the front, a large balcony with glass balustrade holds the private hot tub alongside garden furniture and loungers. Private driveway parking fits up to six cars, and EV charging is available on site at a cost of £50 per booking, paid directly to the owner on arrival.

Hartland village with its shops and pubs is around 0.4 miles away. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. CCTV covers the front of the property and car park. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00; short breaks may be available on request.
