Lutsford Farm Barn

Lutsford Farm Barn is a recently completed conversion set on a working farm in North Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between Bursdon Moor and the coast. The property sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with arrival from 15:00 and departure by 10:00. The beach lies 2 miles away, and Hartland village is 5 miles distant with shops, pubs and Hartland Abbey reachable from there.

Inside, the main living space combines lounge, kitchen and dining areas beneath large picture windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. A wood burner with a first basket of logs included warms the seating area alongside a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Bosch coffee pod machine. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs; the master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and French doors opening to the patio. The two further bedrooms each have a king-size zip and link bed, configurable as twins on request. A family bathroom with shower and WC serves these rooms. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.

Outside, a large enclosed patio with garden furniture connects directly to the barn via French doors from the lounge and master bedroom. The garden area contains a private hot tub tucked into one corner, an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ and a firepit. Giant garden games provide additional entertainment, and the enclosed garden is well suited to the two dogs permitted to stay, though additional charges may apply.

Private parking accommodates 3 cars. The property has a private water supply and internet access. A pub is 1 mile away and shops are 5 miles distant.
