Greenlake Farm Cottage

Greenlake Farm Cottage has a private hot tub at the end of its enclosed lawn, with countryside views from the garden. Six guests stay in three bedrooms near Hartland. A games barn contains a pool table, darts board and outdoor games equipment, including small football goals for use in the garden.

The kitchen has an electric range cooker set into a stone hearth, plus a fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A coffee machine and air fryer are also listed. In the lounge, exposed beams and an inglenook surround an electric-effect fire rather than a working wood burner. Patio doors lead to a conservatory used for dining.

Split-level cottage stairs reach the bedrooms. The double has an en-suite shower room, while two twins share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Internet access can be intermittent. A permanently secured internal door connects to an adjacent property, so this is not an entirely detached setting despite the rural outlook.

Private off-road parking accommodates two cars, and two dogs are allowed with possible extra charges. The beach, pub and shops are two miles away. Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay are among the local places to visit, with Bude and Bideford offering further shops and restaurants. The garden has a barbecue area for evenings at the cottage. Check-in starts at 4pm and departure is before 10am.
