Puffin House at Blegberry

Puffin House sits within a working farm on the edge of Hartland, a small North Devon town roughly three miles from Hartland Point where the Bristol Channel meets the Atlantic. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double, and a twin. A family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC serves the remaining rooms. Children under eight are not accepted, and up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

The two-storey interior combines a country-style lounge with a farmhouse kitchen and dining area lit by large windows. Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Wi-Fi is delivered via a 4G booster, so signal should be treated as limited rather than reliable. Private parking for two cars is available beside the property.

Outside, a private enclosed patio has seating and a hot tub. A short walk from the cottage, also on the farm, a shared games room houses a pool table and a skittles alley. The nearest beach is around a mile away, and a pub and shop are approximately two miles distant. CCTV covers the games barn and the main farm entrance.

Clovelly Village, with its working harbour, lies roughly five and a half miles away. Welcombe Mouth beach, backed by high cliffs, is about eight miles from the property, while Hartland Point's clifftop setting is an easy three-mile drive for those wanting coastal walking early in a stay.
