Woodland View 31 - The Hawthorns

Woodland View 31 - The Hawthorns is a single-storey lodge at Finlakes Holiday Park, about 2.4 miles from Chudleigh, with private off-road parking for one car. The lodge sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, a twin room and a bunk room, with a family bathroom serving the two remaining bedrooms.

Set all on one level, the open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an electric fire, a TV with Sky and a DVD player, and WiFi. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, and the dining table seats the group together. Gas central heating covers the lodge, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Outside, enclosed decking holds furniture and a hot tub for evenings in. Woodland View 31 takes up to two well-behaved pets. The site's shop is around 2 miles away, the nearest pub 1.7 miles, and a lake 0.4 miles. Grocery delivery can be pre-ordered ahead of arrival.

Smoking is not permitted, and Finlake is not well suited to guests with mobility difficulties. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge, and a starter pack of cleaning products is provided on arrival, though toiletries are not.
