3 Town Farm Court

3 Town Farm Court is a cottage on a working farm in Ideford, about 3.1 miles from Chudleigh and 7.6 miles from Newton Abbot. It sleeps 5 across three upstairs bedrooms, suiting a family or a group of friends.

The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi in the sitting room, with oil-fired central heating throughout.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A twin and a single room share a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, guests share a courtyard with a patio and furniture, a spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the property sits within the working farm itself.

No pets are allowed and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The pub is about 0.1 miles away and the shop 2.9 miles. Chudleigh itself is an old wool town with two pubs, an English restaurant and convenience stores, and days out at Canonteign Falls, Kent Cavern, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot are all within reach, with Exeter Cathedral and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum a little further on.
