Wood Cottage

Wood Cottage is a two-bedroom terraced cottage in Lynton, within Exmoor National Park and close to the North Devon coast. It sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms, both upstairs with plenty of storage, and there's a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a separate WC upstairs.

The ground floor holds a sitting room with a TV and a kitchen/diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and heating comes from electric storage heaters.

A rear garden with decking and seating gives space to sit outside. Roadside parking nearby is limited to two hours; longer stays need a North Devon car park pass, bought online and valid in multiple local car parks. The South West Coast Path runs close by for coastal walking, and the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is a short walk away, along with the shops, cafes and Lynton Toy Museum in the town itself.

Wood Cottage allows one medium or small pet, and guests are asked to clean up after it during their stay. Smoking is not permitted inside. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 1.1 miles, with Lynmouth's Glen Lyn Gorge and pebbled beach at Blacklands Sands a little further on.
