This spacious farmhouse sits within a working farm complex near Musbury, on the Devon, Dorset and Somerset borders. It sleeps six across three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, with a first-floor bathroom and a separate ground-floor shower room and WC.

Inside, the lounge has a SmartTV and DVD player alongside an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included. Across the hallway, the dining room retains a feature fireplace and an original stone wall. The kitchen and breakfast room is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so self-catering is straightforward.

Outside, guests have use of a private, enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue area. A Scandinavian-style log-fired hot tub is available for evenings outdoors, and garden games including giant Jenga, boules, croquet and skittles are provided for entertainment. Being part of a working farm, there are horses and cows nearby, so guests should be mindful of farm activity and vehicles around the property.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot is available on request for families with young children. Off-road parking is provided on site, and internet access is available. The nearest shop and pub are around a mile away, with the beach roughly three and a half miles distant. Arrival is from 17:30 and departure before 10:00.
