Hartgrove Farm Bungalows

Hartgrove Farm Bungalows sit on Trinity Hill in Musbury, East Devon, on a working farm bordering the Dorset countryside. The property is arranged as two separate single-storey cottages sleeping 9 guests between them, making it a practical choice for two families or groups travelling together.

Cottage 1 has a king-size bedroom and a twin room, which can be made up as a super-king-size on request, served by a bathroom with a bath and shower over, plus an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Cottage 2 has a further king-size bedroom and a family room with a king-size and a single bed, served by a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, and its open-plan living space has a wood-burning stove.

Both cottages have underfloor heating throughout, with fuel, power and a stove starter pack included in the rent. Each kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave and a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and each living area has a Smart TV, WiFi and a Google Nest hub.

Outside, a large shared garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, with private driveway parking for 4 cars. There is one step to enter the property. Hartgrove Farm Bungalows welcome one well-behaved dog; the garden is not fully enclosed, so dogs and children need supervising, and there is livestock in the surrounding fields as this is a working farm. The cottages are no smoking.
