Brookhaven

Brookhaven is a single-storey studio in the grounds of the owners' own home, on the edge of Musbury, between Axminster and Seaton. The open-plan room has a king-size bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area, all lit by Velux windows in the vaulted ceiling, and the whole place sleeps 2.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave and a fridge with icebox, and the sitting area has a TV and WiFi. A shower room has a walk-in shower and basin, with a separate cloakroom for the WC. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for one car, reached along a pathway through the garden with a few wooden steps to the front door. Gardens run along the side and rear, with an enclosed gravel seating area and furniture looking out over the surrounding farmland, and guests are asked to take care on the steps down to the rear garden.

Brookhaven takes up to two small dogs, or one medium dog, and guests are asked to flag a pet booking in advance so the owners can prepare the cottage. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop and pub in Musbury are around 0.6 miles away.
