White Sails

White Sails is a two-bedroom cottage arranged across three floors, sleeping four people, set 150 metres from the harbourfront in Brixham. The interiors follow a nautical theme throughout, with white walls, blue accents and marine-inspired artwork. The ground-floor living space combines a lounge with Smart TV and two sofas, flowing into a kitchen and dining area fitted with twin butler sinks and a large farmhouse-style table.

The double bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite shower room with WC and a restored window seat looking out over the harbour. A further flight of stairs leads to the twin bedroom, which shares the same harbour outlook from its own window seat; a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC sits adjacent to it. The layout across three floors means the cottage may not suit guests with mobility difficulties or elderly visitors.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden with a four-seater table and chairs on a raised deck sits ten metres from the front door. The approach road is narrow and restricted to loading only, but a parking permit covering nearby car parks is available to purchase at extra cost. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The fish market is 300 metres away, making it straightforward to pick up fresh seafood to cook at home. A pub and shop are within 150 metres, and Breakwater Beach is half a mile on foot. Dogs are not accepted at this property.
