Westover House

This three-bedroom farmhouse in Croyde sleeps six and sits within a 300-metre walk of the beach, with the South West Coast Path accessible from the end of the lane. The king-size bedroom at the front has pine floorboards and a bay window seat facing the sea. The second king-size room includes a full-length bay window and its own en-suite shower room, and can be made up as a twin on request. The third bedroom has two single beds overlooking the garden. A family bathroom with a sunken bath over shower serves the remaining bedrooms, and there is also a ground floor WC.

The large entrance area doubles as a utility room, giving a practical place to drop surfboards and wetsuits on arrival. The kitchen-diner is fitted with a gas range and double oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher, with a dining table for six. Patio doors open directly onto the garden, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. A 50-inch Smart TV and comfy sofas anchor the living room for quieter evenings.

The south-facing enclosed garden catches sun through much of the day and includes a lawn, patio with picnic table, four sun loungers and a BBQ. An outside tap, hose and four wetsuit hooks make post-beach clean-up straightforward. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request, and up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Parking is provided for two cars on site, and an EV charger is available billed through the TAP app. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure before 10:00.
