Dingle Dell

Dingle Dell is a single-storey beach chalet dating from 1948, tucked into the village of Croyde. A small step leads up from the entrance into the open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together under a sloped wooden ceiling in one corner. The former bunk room door is narrow, at around 2ft 3in, worth noting for pushchairs or bulkier luggage.

The chalet sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, all on one level: a double, a bunk room and a single room with a trundle bed underneath for extra flexibility. A shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, with hooks for wetsuits and beachwear, plus a door straight out to the garden for rinsing off after a swim.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a coffee maker, and electric heating covers the chalet. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, an enclosed front garden with furniture sits by the designated parking for 2 cars, and a rear garden has a patio and furniture.

Dingle Dell doesn't take pets, and stag, hen or similar parties aren't accepted. Smoking isn't permitted. The pub is around 0.3 miles away, the beach about 0.9 miles, and the shop roughly 1.2 miles off. The verandah is low, so taller guests should mind their head.
