Croyde sits within a short walk of this three-bedroom cottage, which sleeps six across two doubles and a twin. The ground floor holds a double bedroom, a shower room, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, air fryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A welcome pack is included on arrival.

The beamed lounge and dining area forms the heart of the cottage, with a dining table for shared meals and a television with Freeview for evenings in. Upstairs are the remaining double and twin rooms, served by a bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside, an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a picnic bench provides a spot for warm evenings. A further garden area is reached via the rear courtyard and up some communal steps, where a barbecue area is available. Parking is limited to on-street spaces nearby, with unloading possible in a shared bay, so worth factoring in if travelling with surfboards or bulky kit. A pub is roughly 150 metres from the door and a shop around 500 metres.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and families are well catered for with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided. The sandy beach at Croyde is approximately a mile away, suited to swimming, surfing and rock-pool exploring. The supplier advises bringing your own beach towels.
