West Down View Cottage

West Down View Cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms and sits within a small complex a short drive from Woolacombe, one of North Devon's most popular surf and family beaches. Access requires climbing several external stairs to reach the front door, which is worth noting before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

The ground floor holds an open-plan lounge and dining area with seating for four and a Smart TV, alongside a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. A separate WC is also on this level. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has its own Smart TV and en-suite shower room, while the twin room is served by a family bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, guests share lawn areas to the front and rear of the property, and the complex's shared outdoor heated swimming pool is available from late May through to the end of September. A shared outdoor play area is also on site. Ample off-road parking is provided, and no dogs are permitted at this property.

Woolacombe's shops and eateries are within easy reach, and the wider North Devon coast provides plenty to explore, including the harbour town of Ilfracombe a short distance along the coast.
