The entrance hall leads into a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beyond this lies a dining room with a good-sized table, then a lounge with a television and large south-facing windows overlooking the garden and open countryside. A patio door opens onto a balcony with seating, a practical spot for a coffee or an evening drink while looking out over the surrounding fields.

The double bedroom is reached from the kitchen and the twin bedroom sits just off the lounge, with an en-suite shower room and WC attached to each. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor. Outside, a well-kept garden at the front of the property has seating and a charcoal barbecue available for use, and off-road parking is provided for two cars.
